Quick checks before you call
- Clean or rinse the washable filter gently and refit it dry.
- Make sure the remote is on Cool mode with a set temperature below room temperature.
- Check that the outdoor unit has clear space around it and nothing is blocking the fan.
- Check the MCB or plug point. If the AC trips the MCB repeatedly, switch it off and call us.
